Description

Tyree Superman Tenuis. An Iconic coral for the avid Acro collector. BRIGHT blue Acropora with red polyps.
This on will thrive with HIGH light. Top of the tank placement.

The Superman Tenuis coral has the same solid bright blue pigmentation in its branches as The Superman Montipora.

Stronger lighting tends to develop more intense blue pigmentation in the corals growth tips. This coral however will do fairly well under moderate lighting. The coral prefers strong to moderate water current. It will extend its polyps further in stronger flows.

 

Around 2009, the original Superman Tenuis was acquired by Dennis of Law Office Aquariums.
